“While I was in Hawaii, I was swimming in the ocean, and I decided to climb up on this big rock. Before this, my parents had told me to wear shoes when I was in the water because there were sharps rocks everywhere. Naturally, I was like ‘You know what? I don’t need to wear shoes.’ So I went up on the rock, and right as I jumped off, I cut my foot open. When I swam back, I tried to play it off and hide it. I couldn’t let my parents be right.”
