Suicide+Prevention+Awareness

Although Suicide Prevention Awareness Month was September it is still important that we recognize how serious of an issue suicide is. Suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people and is often the result of mental health conditions that many people suffer from.

If you or someone you know is dealing with an emergency, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-talk (8255) or call 911 immediately.

If you are looking for more information, referrals, or support: call the NAMI HelpLine 800-950-NAMI (6264).
