Spirit Week is next week, preceding the homecoming game on Friday, Oct. 23. The Student Council has planned multiple activities and events from dancing to decorating the tables in the Commons, all of it in the theme of “Autumn.” 

Margaret Elenbarger, who advises the Student Council, explained that each day of Spirit Week will have a dress-up theme and encouraged students to participate!

Monday, Oct. 19 – Glow in the Dark! Wear neon clothes and glow-in-the-dark bracelets!

Tuesday, Oct. 20– Greasers Vs Preps! Wear blue jeans and leather jackets for greasers and over-the-top preppy clothes for preps.

Wednesday, Oct. 21 – Wacky Clothes Wednesday! Wear clothes that don’t match. For example, wear a jacket with a striped shirt and basketball shorts.

Thursday, Oct. 22 – Autumn light! Wear clothes you will wear during fall like plaid, sweaters, and boots. (Just overall cozy clothes!)
