Step 1: Start by standing clean:

Step 3: While keeping your hands together, straighten your arms with you forearms on the side of your face:

Step 4: Swings your arms down, crossing each other at the bottom to gain power for the jump. While swinging your arms absorb power by bending your legs:

Step 5: Push off your legs and straddle your legs, and keep your fist in a clinched motion, with you arms directing above your legs straight across:

Step 6: Land with your legs bent, arms by your side, and head down:

Step 7: Last, stand up sharply with a head pop:
