Covid-19 Affects Students Holidays

How are students reacting to Covid-19 affecting the holidays?

Covid-19 has affected many students’ Thanksgivings. Some students were quarantined (or sick).

“Well, one of my family members got Covid, so it kind of ruined our plans,” said HHS junior Zion Lundien, who added that he did travel to Joplin, Missouri.

Christmas is just around the corner and with Covid-19 getting worse, some students might not get to celebrate.

Rory Unwer expects that Covid-19 will also impact his winter break plans.

“We will just have to wear a mask and be more cautious,” he said.

The Coronavirus is going to affect everyone’s holiday plans, so stay safe, wear a mask, and social distance.
