Welcome to the new Heritage Talon online!  In an effort to modernize our publication, (and save a few trees!) we have moved to a 100% online publication this year.

We have included many categories we hope will be of interest to our students and staff including sports, entertainment, student life and opinions in addition to our news coverage.  Under the HHS tab, you can find club and scholarship announcements, along with a link to the Heritage calendar.

In entertainment, you will soon find movie, book, and album reviews, just to name a few.  We’ve also included links to crossword puzzles and horoscopes under our entertainment section.  We hope to launch our Humans of NWA section soon — stay tuned!

We also want your feedback.  Under the “Contact Us” section of the menu you’ll find a place to ask for advice (column coming soon), write a letter to the editor and ask us to cover an event or story.

Want to write for the newspaper but didn’t sign up for the class?  No problem!  Simply write a story for any of our sections and email it to Mrs. Vest at [email protected].  If your story is selected for publication, you will be given a contributor account so that you can submit stories for publication whenever you like.  All submissions will be subject to editing by our staff and content approved by the adviser.
