Fall Pep Rally

Kevin Noguera

It’s that time of the year! Leaves have started to change colors, and you know what that means. It’s time for sports, and what better way to celebrate than with our first football home game? What’s more, we celebrated in spirit with a pep rally. Let’s see what it was like.

Next, let’s see what students have to say about the event itself. I asked a junior named Benjamin Chitty about his thoughts on the pep rally, and he had this to say: “Yes, I would love to see more fun activities and more people hyped about it. I mostly enjoyed the pep rally.” The next question I asked was, if you were a part of the pep rally what would you have done? He replied with, “I would try to get the people pumped and see everyone excited.”

I asked another junior named Nathan Taylor if there was anything that he didn’t like about the pep rally. He answered, “I just didn’t like that [the juniors] didn’t win. I felt like we were really loud, more than the seniors.”

Many people enjoyed the pep rally, and I hope to see more of what is to come this year for HHS.
