Christmas Pep Rally
December 19, 2018
Its the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right; Christmas is almost here, and what better way to celebrate it than by having a Christmas-themed pep rally?
At the pep rally, there were many people dancing and cheering, and we had Lingle middle school cheerleaders show off their skills. With so much excitement going on, it’s interesting to hear about what people thought about the pep rally, like junior Zachery Shields. “I liked what they did with the pep rally, but I do wish that they could have turned off all the lights so it would have looked better,” he said. “I feel like the juniors should have won the stick. We were louder.”
“My favorite part would be when all the cheerleaders came out and did their dance,” said senior Katelyn Wood. “Next time, we seniors will beat those sophomores.” Both juniors and seniors are not too happy about sophomores winning the stick. But Freshman Logan Williams said, “Even if we didn’t win the stick, [the pep rally] was awesome. I really can’t wait for the next one.”
The pep rally was great overall, and many people enjoyed it. Even though sophomores won the stick again; there’s always a next time for freshmen, juniors, and seniors.
