An interest meeting for BETA Club will be held in the HHS Auditorium this Thursday, September 15 from 3:40 to 4:00.

BETA Club is new to campus. It is a national organization that promotes academic achievement and strong character.

BETA Club is a chance to make friends and network with others from all around the state and country. It can help you earn community service hours. Members can run for state office and potentially national office in Orlando, Florida. The National Beta Club offers over $300,000 in scholarships to outstanding members in their senior year.

In addition to being great on a college resume, there is also a two-day state convention in Hot Springs, AR. There will be various competitions and a talent show.

If you’re interested in joining or would like to know more about the club, make sure you attend the meeting Thursday after school.
