5 Google Easter Eggs that You should Try
November 2, 2016
Google Search is known for putting sneaky Easter eggs into their search engine, so today, here are the top 5 Google Easter eggs that you should try.
5. “Atari Breakout”
If you type “Atari Breakout” into Google Image Search, it’ll pull up a Google version of the retro video game of the same name. It’s really fun, and if you want to try to beat your high score, there are infinite tries; just type it in again when you’re out of lives!
4. “Do a Barrel Roll”
This is one of the most well known Google Easter eggs. Typing this into the search engine will flip the screen all the way around! It’s based on the famous retro video game, “Star Fox 64”, and it’s very similar to another Google Easter egg called “askew”, which tilts the screen.
3. “Pacman”
You’ve probably heard of the retro game Pacman. You play as a yellow ball with a mouth that runs away from ghosts, and Google has a version of it! Just type in “Pacman” and you’ll be able to play the game with no restrictions!
2. “Flip a Coin”
Type in this statement into the search engine, and Google will pull up a coin, and it will randomly flip heads or tails. Now you don’t have to find a real coin; you just need Google!
1. “Zerg Rush”
This, by far, is my favorite Easter egg. Typing this into Google Search will result in the Google O’s attacking all of the search results! It’s based on the retro game Rush, and you can even attack the O’s by clicking on them.
Those are some of the best Google Easter eggs that you should definitely try out. Are there any we should’ve had? Leave a comment down below!
