Last Saturday, high school students from across Arkansas commuted to North Little Rock to compete in the Thea Foundation Visual Arts scholarship competition. Although every submission was amazing only 10 people could walk away with a scholarship.
This was a very talented group of students who worked very hard on their pieces.
