Starbucks makes secret menu drinks official

For years, Starbucks goers have been placing specialized orders off of the “secret menu”; a variety of drinks that appeal java fanatics and non-coffee lovers alike.  Recently, two of the most popular secret menu drinks, the Medicine Ball or Cold Buster and the Pink Drink, have gone from secret menu to official barista creations in some stores.

The medicine ball seems like a lot of trouble, but the reviews say it will clear up any cold.

(Personally, I did not like the Pink Drink.  Yes, it is pretty, but it tastes like chalky strawberries.)

Additionally, Starbucks has unveiled the limited-time-only Unicorn Frappucino — a sweet-and-sour, pink-and-blue creation that has people sharing their photos and opinions on Twitter and Instagram with more than 80,000 uses of the #unicornfrappucino hashtag.  While the Medicine Ball and the Pink Drink should be around for a while, the Unicorn Frappucino is only set to last until April 23rd or until supplies run out.  *Edit* The Starbucks in Tuscany Square was sold out by Friday morning, so no review.  Instead, enjoy a picture of my triple venti caramel macchiato.
